In the cooking class "Modern Greek Cooking with Laz," you will learn a lot about Greek food culture. You prepare the dishes together in a group with other participants, under the direct guidance of a Greek professional chef.
The following dishes are prepared together:
- Ultimate Moussaka
- Kotosoupa Avgolemono (chicken lemon soup)
- Tiropitakia (cheese pies)
- Kolokithokeftedes with Tzatziki (zucchini fritters)
- Keftedakia me diosmo (meatballs with mint)
- Feta Saganaki me meli (fried feta with honey)
- Midia Tiganita & Tarama (fried mussels & fish roe dip)
- Galaktoboureko (Greek custard pie)
- Loukoumades me meli (honey-soaked doughnuts)
