Description
In the course “Creative Fish Dishes with Freshwater Fish,” you’ll learn the proper preparation of fish and seafood. You'll cook together in a group under direct guidance using seasonal ingredients. Afterwards, you’ll share the meal together.
The following dishes will be prepared:
- Pike-perch ceviche with passion fruit marinade, mango & pickled onions
- Sea bass baked in salt crust with lemon potatoes
- Black ravioli filled with scallops & artichokes, served with braised leeks
- Swiss prawns in beer batter with taramasalata (fish roe mayo)
- Cured pomegranate beetroot salmon with herb mayo and peas Salmon tartare with herb dressing
