Self-guided, free tasting at the vineyard in Sion

At Celliers de Sion, you can enjoy a free tasting. You choose up to 16 wines from Valais that catch your interest. At your own pace, you sample the crus served from the open tap, decide beforehand on the pour size, and set the order and duration of your tasting completely flexibly.

This way, you can compare the different styles and aromas of the Bonvin and Varone estates in a relaxed atmosphere. Depending on your time slot, your visit to Sion becomes either a brief gourmet break or an extensive wine experience.

You taste the wines independently using the modern Enomatic wine dispensing system with a preloaded chip card.
