Basel is a working city, and has developed as such. You see historic buildings along with multinational headquarters. It was a pleasant way to fill 2 hours. The bus only stopped twice (maybe as a result of a winter schedule) and the next bus was to come past 2 hours later, so not able to hop on and off.

I wanted to write BAD for these reasons: 1. The guide's description didn't always match what we were actually seeing at the time. Moreover, it was interrupted several times to continue with the next description. 2. The window broke, and glass fell onto my seat and those of two other people, and the driver did not clean the seats. The driver called your office and you simply told us to continue the tour even though there were still 25 minutes left. I found this really hard to understand/accept because of the danger of travelling through the city with a broken glass window. I can send you a photo.
